• Experience in cement bag or woven bag factory machinery
• Familiar with extrusion, circular loom, lamination, printing or valve bag machines
• Ability to troubleshoot independently
• Willing to work in shifts

• Proven experience as an industrial or factory electrician
• Strong knowledge of electrical panels, motors, PLCs, sensors, and industrial wiring
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics and troubleshoot independently
• Capable of daily and preventive maintenance for factory machines (extruders, circular looms, lamination machines, printing machines, valve-bag machines)
• Able to respond quickly to electrical breakdowns in production
• Understanding of electrical safety standards and proper documentation practices
• Responsible, reliable, able to work under pressure, and available for overtime when required

• Support management with documentation, coordination, and follow-up
• Strong learning ability and execution capability
• Responsible, organized
• Chinese–English / Chinese–Portuguese skills preferred
